OffAgent is a UK property selling platform for private homeowners and small developers. Sellers list their property on Rightmove for a single flat fee — no percentage commission, no VAT-loaded surprises. The platform is strictly for private sellers and developers; estate agencies are not eligible.

## How we differ

OffAgent is a flat-fee, seller-controlled alternative to a high-street estate agent. Sellers keep direct contact with buyers, handle viewings on their own terms, and pay one transparent fee instead of a 1–3% commission. Listings still appear on Rightmove, so buyer reach is the same — but the seller keeps the equity that would have been paid in commission. The platform supplies the portal listing, the dashboard for enquiries, photography guidance, AI-assisted listing scoring, and an end-to-end pipeline from valuation to completion. It does not act as an estate agent, does not negotiate on the seller's behalf, and does not take a percentage of the sale price.
