The Lodge
This elegant, spacious lodge at 111 Harbour View features a wraparound decking and paved parking for two vehicles to the side. There is a large storage box suitable for bikes etc. on the grassed area which flanks a path that leads to the sea, with Rockley beach nearby.
The lodge is very well insulated and has gas central heating and an electric fireplace. The skylights in the vaulted roof flood the kitchen and dining area with natural light. In the kitchen is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, double gas oven, microwave, wine cooler and a popup USB plug socket. The breakfast bar overlooks the sea and the Isle of Purbeck.
The master bedroom features a king-sized gas-lift storage bed, TV and ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds, TV and plenty of storage, with a bathroom opposite. The sofabed in the lounge can accommodate two further guests. The lodge comes fully equipped with all furniture and furnishings.
Haven’s Rockley Park
- Owners and nominated friends enjoy access to Tides: the exclusive Owners’ Club featuring a free gym, sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool, play area, drinks machine, plus a bar and café.
- Owners’ Events held regularly, inc. parties, wine tasting and children’s activities.

- 2025 Site Licence Fees: £11,555 per annum; over two years left on current site licence.
- Last year’s fees were covered from holiday rental through Airbnb at 30% occupancy – option to continue this profitable business or remove for private use.
